Challenges & Solutions

Paperless Digital Transformation

Challenge: Board members relied entirely on paper-based processes for financial records, resident management, and meeting minutes. Transitioning to digital while maintaining trust and accuracy was critical.

Solution: Implemented SCRUM methodology with 2-week sprints, involving board members in each iteration for validation. Created familiar UI patterns mirroring paper forms to reduce learning curve. Achieved 90% reduction in paper usage while maintaining complete audit trails.

Usability Validation with ISO/IEC 25010

Challenge: Needed scientific validation that the system met quality standards for intelligibility, learnability, operability, error protection, and aesthetics.

Solution: Applied Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ v3) with high Cronbach's Alpha reliability. Evaluated 4 factors: System Quality (Q1-6), Information Quality (Q7-12), Interface Quality (Q13-15), and Overall Satisfaction (Q16). Used correlation analysis to validate sub-characteristics compliance with ISO/IEC 25010 usability standards.

Cloud Deployment for Non-Technical Users

Challenge: Board members had minimal IT knowledge but needed to access the system remotely and understand basic Azure management for backups and monitoring.

Solution: Selected Microsoft Azure for its intuitive management portal. Created step-by-step visual guides for common tasks (password resets, backup verification). Configured automated backups, monitoring alerts, and auto-scaling to minimize manual intervention.
